Healthcare issues have us all preoccupied and we all are very nervous about the changes that have been promised by President Barrack Obama’s administration.  After the turbulent 2010 debate over health care reform ended, many Americans were surprised to find that key parts of the law won't take effect until years into the future. The new healthcare bill brings a new normal starting in 2010 and continues until 2015. They affect everything from prescription plans to nursing home care.
